Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method or another suitable method agreed upon with you.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect handling after delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as sending the wrong or damaged product.
